St. John Bosco's Novena to Our Lady Help of Christians Against the Enemies of God

To obtain a favor, St. Don Bosco generally advised a Novena to Our Lady Help of Christians. He had a singular devotion to the Hail Holy Queen and advised some work of charity as thanksgiving for graces obtained.

O Mary, powerful Virgin, thou art the mighty and glorious protector of holy Church; thou art the marvelous help of Christians; thou art terrible as an army in battle array; thou alone hast destroyed every heresy in the whole world. In the midst of our anguish, our struggles and our distress defend us from the power of the enemy and at the hour of our death receive our souls in paradise. Amen.

Here mention your Petitions

Say Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be to the Father, three times

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our Life, our Sweetness, and our Hope. To Thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To Thee do we send up our sighs mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious Advocate, Thine Eyes of Mercy toward us, and after this our exile show unto us the Blessed Fruit of thy Womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us O Holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

1 Corinthians 5:13 God will judge those outside. “Drive out the wicked person from among you.

"Excommunication is a canonical penalty that does prevent one from receiving the sacraments, but it includes other provisions as well.

Excommunication is, in part, a medicinal penalty intended to encourage a person to repent and be reconciled.

Can.  915 Those who have been excommunicated or interdicted after the imposition or declaration of the penalty and others obstinately persevering in manifest grave sin are not to be admitted to holy communion.

Cardinal Burke said about Pelosi: Certainly this is a case when Canon 915 must be applied. This is a person who obstinately, after repeated admonitions, persists in a grave sin — cooperating with the crime of procured abortion — and still professes to be a devout Catholic. September 26, 2013 (NCR)

In the NCR's article "Has the Vatican Excommunicated Pelosi?" it was clarified that: A statement made in a newspaper interview, it is not a judicial act.

March 25, 2020 Faithful Catholics are calling out San Francisco's Abp. Salvatore Cordileone for allowing pro-death Democrat Nancy Pelosi to publicly present herself as a Catholic in good standing.

Any bishop, cardinal who praises Biden as Catholic is ‘wolf in shepherd’s clothing’: priest

January 26, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – A U.S. priest is warning Catholics that even though some Catholic shepherds along with the mainstream media are trying to portray President Biden as a faithful Catholic who prays and attends Mass, the truth is that someone who champions the murder of children in the womb is not, and never can be, a “devout Catholic.”

Biden “is not a devout Catholic,” said Father Michael Orsi, a priest of the Diocese of Camden, New Jersey who currently serves as parochial vicar at St. Agnes Parish in Naples, Florida, in a homily on Sunday. “Any bishop or cardinal or priest who tries to buy into that lie, who gives truth to that lie, is a wolf in shepherd's clothing.”

Orsi pointed out how quickly Biden, in his first days of office, began to implement his campaign promises of “providing unlimited abortion.” The priest noted how Biden rejoined the World Health Organization, part of the United Nations, what he called one of the “biggest” backers of international abortion. The priest highlighted Biden’s plan to reverse the "Mexico City policy," which blocks federal funds from going to nongovernmental organizations that provide abortion in developing countries.

He also noted how Democrats have already pledged to eliminate this year the pro-life Hyde Amendment that prohibits federal funds from going to pay for abortions in programs like Medicaid. The priest also pointed out Biden’s pledge on the Jan. 22 anniversary of Roe v. Wade to make abortion available to “everyone” by “codifying” the ruling across the country so as to make null and void laws in states that currently restrict abortion access.

Orsi praised a letter from the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), released amid some ecclesial drama on Biden’s inauguration day, warning that Biden’s pledge to pursue anti-life and anti-family policies would advance “moral evils” in the areas of “abortion, contraception, marriage, and gender.” Archbishop José Gomez, the USCCB president, stressed in the Jan. 20 letter that abortion would remain the “preeminent priority” for American bishops during the Biden administration.

The Catholic Church teaches that abortion is the murder of innocent human beings and is contrary to the fifth commandment. “Since the first century the Church has affirmed the moral evil of every procured abortion. This teaching has not changed and remains unchangeable. Direct abortion, that is to say, abortion willed either as an end or a means, is gravely contrary to the moral law,” states the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Fr. Orsi criticized Catholic leaders in the United States, indirectly referring to Cardinal Blase Cupich, who “thought that the letter should not be published and appealed to the Vatican for fear that if it were to be published, it might inhibit some of the further negotiations that the Vatican wanted to have with the Biden administration.”

Demand that your bishop to publicly condemn Biden’s plan to federally codify the murder of innocent children in the womb.

The priest explained why there is such a push from some Catholic leaders along with mainstream media to portray Biden as a faithful Catholic.

“The president touts himself being a devout Catholic, and even claims to have a picture of Pope Francis on his desk. And, of course, the media just loves it. Why? Because then they too can promote the narrative: ‘Devout Catholic – if he says (abortion is) good, it must be good … even the Catholic Church agrees.’”

Orsi lamented that many Catholic leaders, at home and abroad, are promoting the “lie” that Biden is faithfully Catholic.

“Why, why are the bishops, some of the bishops, some of the cardinals, some of those in the Vatican, so willing to allow this lie to be perpetrated on the American people, and literally on the people of the world,” he asked. Orsi said that spiritual leaders are deceived if they hope that by referring to Biden as a Catholic it may open up a road for them to “dialogue” with the president.

“Dialogue means that you can come to some kind of common ground, negotiate a deal. There can be no negotiations, there can be no deal, when it comes to abortion and the sanctity of human life from conception until natural death,” he said.

“And I ask you, when has there ever been a compromise with the ‘pro-choice,’ pro-death, left wing who demands that abortion be an unlimited right of every woman? Compromise? Dialogue? We've gone from 1973 permission of abortion, to partial-birth abortion, to infanticide – killing a baby even after the baby is born, (when) the mother and the doctor can decide whether or not the baby should live. That is the fruit of dialogue.”

Fr. Orsi warned Catholics against being “duped” into thinking that they can support Biden for his immigration or environment policies while ignoring the president’s abortion policies. How one deals with such matters as immigration and the environment is a matter of prudential judgment that can go one way or another in “solving the problem,” he said. But, not so with abortion, which he pointed out was an “intrinsically evil” act.

“There is no way of un-killing a baby,” he stated.

The priest said that many Catholics who support Biden have fallen into the trap of “secularism” where they falsely hold that Catholics “have to all try to get along with the rest of the world,” even when the rest of the world is guided by principles that are “antithetical to what the gospel proclaims.”

The gospel says this today: Repent, repent, and follow me. Repent and hear the Good News. Repent and believe in the Gospel,” Fr. Orsi said.

Some Catholic leaders in the United States, such a Cardinal Raymond Burke, have made it clear that Biden should be refused Holy Communion due to his public support for abortion. Some other Catholic leaders, such as Cardinal Wilton D. Gregory of Washington, D.C., have stated that they will give Holy Communion to Biden.

The Catholic Church teaches (Code of Canon Law, can. 915) that Catholics who are “obstinately persevering in manifest grave sin are not to be admitted to holy communion.” According to a 2004 memo issued to the U.S. bishops by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, former prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith who is now Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, a Catholic politician who is “consistently campaigning and voting for permissive abortion and euthanasia laws” manifests “formal cooperation” with grave sin and must be “denied” the Eucharist.

“This decision, properly speaking, is not a sanction or a penalty. Nor is the minister of Holy Communion passing judgment on the person’s subjective guilt, but rather is reacting to the person’s public unworthiness to receive Holy Communion due to an objective situation of sin,” stated the memo.

Cardinal Raymond Burke condemns Biden’s plan to Codify federal abortion law

'We live in times when it can seem that the evil one is succeeding in his program of lies and death.'

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin, January 27, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – Cardinal Raymond Burke has condemned President Joe Biden’s plan to codify into federal law the results of the 1973 Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court decision which imposed abortion on demand across the country.

On Friday, the 48thanniversary of the infamous Roe decision, newly installed President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris issued a statement saying: “In the past four years, reproductive health, including the right to choose, has been under relentless and extreme attack.” They added, “The Biden-Harris Administration is committed to codifying Roe v. Wade and appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe.”

Demand that your bishop to publicly condemn Biden’s plan to federally codify the murder of innocent children in the womb.

“At the same time, it threatens to deny the freedom of religion, the freedom of citizens to follow God’s plan for the world and for man, inscribed in nature itself and written upon every human heart.”

Responding to the Biden statement as well was Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann, of Kansas City in Kansas, and chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee on Pro-Life Activities.

Naumann lamented: “It is deeply disturbing and tragic that any president would praise and commit to codifying a Supreme Court ruling that denies unborn children their most basic human and civil right, the right to life, under the euphemistic disguise of a health service.”

Naumann reminded all Catholics that the Catechism states: “‘Since the first century the Church has affirmed the moral evil of every procured abortion. This teaching has not changed and remains unchangeable’.”

In a homily at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse on Sunday, Burke lamented the evil of such a policy.

“We live in times when it can seem that the evil one is succeeding in his program of lies and death. In our own nation, the federal government wants to codify as law the totally unjust decision of the Supreme Court which made legal abortion-on-demand, and to impose upon schools the teaching of the iniquitous gender theory,” Burke said.

“Public officials are responsible for not only their personal beliefs, but also the effects of their public actions,” he continued. “Roe’s elevation of abortion to the status of a protected right and its elimination of state restrictions paved the way for the violent deaths of more than 62 million innocent unborn children and for countless women who experience the heartache of loss, abandonment, and violence.”

Biden has often asserted his Catholic identity throughout his political career. In a formal statement during the presidential campaign last summer, he asserted “my faith has been the bedrock foundation of my life.”

The Democratic party has intentionally amplified this image as well. During the Democratic National Convention, the theme of Biden’s Catholic faith was routinely highlighted by headline speakers including Michelle Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Jill Biden, and former Republican governor of Ohio, John Kasich.

More recently, in a response to a question regarding Biden’s intentions with regard to taxpayer funding of abortion, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki dodged the question saying, “I will just take the opportunity to remind all of you that he [Biden] is a devout Catholic, and somebody who attends church regularly.”

While Biden did attend “arguably the most effete liberal Catholic parish in the Archdiocese of Washington” on Sunday, critics describe him as an “Anti-Catholic ‘Catholic’ president” who has “talked himself into an alternative faith centered in partisan politics.”

Despite significant evidence that he was not “duly elected,” Biden assumed the presidency last week, bringing his hard-left agenda with him to the White House.

“In the face of such seemingly ineluctable developments, we are naturally tempted to discouragement and even to the abandonment of the battle against the evil one and his program for lies and murder. But Christ is with us to win the battle if only we engage it—yes, with our seemingly little and insignificant forces” Cardinal Burke counseled in his homily. “Our weak and poor hearts united to the Royal Heart of Christ the King become strong and rich for the transformation of our homes, and thus of our neighborhoods, our nation and our world.”

“We also know and trust the word of Christ,” Burke continued. “‘Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.’ Thus, we must always be of good courage, of good heart, in the Sacred Heart of Jesus,” he concluded.

Bergoglio has betrayed Catholicism: he has abandoned non-negotiable Catholic principles and is pushing the anti-Catholic goals of the UN

Our Lady of la Salette " Rome will lose the Faith and become the seat of the Antichrist."

As Father Paul Kramer warned: “The antipope and his apostate collaborators will be as sister Lucy said, supporters of the devil, those who work for evil without being afraid of anything.”

NewDailyCompass

Stefano Fontana

Definitely abandoning its presence in defense of man and non-negotiable principles, the Church has accepted the United Nations 2030 agenda with targets in favor of contraception, abortion and promotion of education contrary to human nature. Enemy pressure and the weakness of the Vatican explain the turnaround that began in 2015.

Italiano

There's no doubt about it: the Catholic Church is participating with conviction in the pursuit of the UN's 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. On October 15, 2020, Pope Francis launched his Global Compact for Education, and on December 17, 2020, he said he sees "with satisfaction that governments have recommitted themselves to putting these ideas into practice through the adoption of the 2030 Agenda and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, in synergy with the Global Compact on Education."

As early as September 2015, on the occasion of the UN General Assembly's approval of the 2030 Goals, Pope Francis described the adoption of the Agenda for Sustainable Development as an "important sign of hope if it is effectively implemented at the local, national and international levels." On March 8, 2019, speaking at a conference held at the Vatican, Pope Francis noted that "the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals, approved by more than 190 nations in September 2015, were a great step forward for global dialogue, in the sign of a necessary new universal solidarity."

The Church is therefore an active player in the game.  In those Goals, however, many things openly clash with natural and Catholic morals. Leaving aside many things that are important but not central, such as the climate or migration, let us dwell on what is said in point 3.7 of the health goal: "Ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health care services, including family planning, information, education and the integration of reproductive health into national strategies and programs". This Goal is then repeated in section 5.6 on gender equality.

We all know that behind these mellifluous words lie universalized abortion, funded or imposed contraception, and the denial of life and family. This last word - family - never even appears in any of the 169 UN Goals. How is it possible, then, that the Holy See is enthusiastic and collaborates in their pursuit?

Someone might say: but the Church can also select the Goals and make the good ones her own and not collaborate with the bad ones. This, however, is impossible. The document approved by the UN General Assembly says the Goals are "interconnected" and "indivisible", that is to say that they are taken as a single "package". There can be no doubt about this, given that the actions of the actors in the field of "Sexual and Reproductive Rights" - the then Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and the various High Level Committees that have been set up - have worked to ensure the cross-cutting nature of these rights, linking them with health, education, poverty, climate, the health of adolescents and young people, schools and so on. Therefore, it is absolutely impossible to separate them from the others, and the Observers of the Holy See at the UN know this very well. Therefore, there are no alibis.

It all began in Cairo, but let's look at something very important that happened later. At the UN Summit on Population and Development in Cairo in 1994 the concepts of "reproductive health," "reproductive rights," and "sexual and reproductive rights" had been coined and a lavishly funded platform for action had been approved. In 2015, this program was merged with that of the Millennium Development Goals, which in the meantime had been extended from 2000 to 2015. In this way sexual and reproductive rights were included among other human rights such as access to education, clean water, health care, and were hence  consecrated and universally proposed as human rights. That was when the Catholic Church should have raised its voice, but it did not. On the contrary, it approved those "unified" Goals and declared its commitment to them.

In 1994 in Cairo and in 1995 in Beijing, the Church, whose delegation was represented at that time by Archbishop (later Cardinal) Renato Martino, Observer of the Holy See at the UN, had proudly taken a stand against  the anti-life and anti-family goals that had been proposed there, projecting itself as a guide for the many developing countries opposed to this new colonialism. Why is it that in 2015 this was no longer the case and now, ten years from 2030, the Catholic Church supports what it then opposed?

Many may be the explanations. Belgian Dr. Marguerite Peeters, the director of Dialogues Dynamics in Brussels, has recorded documentary proof that international proponents of Sexual and Reproductive Rights had prepared a post-2015 action plan that included four courses of action: expand access to these rights, encourage their endorsement by states, increase their cross-over with other rights, and - this is the central point - change religions from within. This last point may be one of the explanations.

In Brazil the apostate Afonso Lamberti Obici replaces Christmas with the “Amazonian Rite”

TIA:

"An Amazonian Christmas"

Amazonian Christmas 1

On this page you see photos of a Christmas adapted to the Indian style of the Amazonian tribes in North Brazil, State of Pará.

Above, young women bring the figures of the Manger to a front side table in the church in their provocative "modest" brassieres. When they are in the woods, they do not wear any upper garment; when they are at church they wear these sensual ones.

Below first row, one of these immodestly dressed women holds a baby as if she were Our Lady and a bare-torso man represents St. Joseph; a group of green palm camouflaged hunters replace the shepherds and three representatives of different tribes – a man and two women – kneel as if they were the Three Magi.

Second row, Fray Afonso Lamberti Obici wearing an Indian headdress says Mass accompanied by two female acolytes.
Archdiocese of Maringá

Third row, two women and a man hold two living jacarés, small crocodiles common to the area, which will be killed and cooked as part of the feast. While the food cooks, the attendees dance. Fourth row, a group photo of some participants in the show.

Last row, Fray Obici stripped an image of Our Lady Aparecida, Patroness of Brazil, of her crown and mantle and proceeded to dress her in a feather headdress, a half skirt and some local adornments. This intentional desecration of the symbolic statue speaks loudly about the progressivist intentions.

The priest gave talks on Pope Francis' Exhortation Querida Amazonia to the local Indians to encourage them to practice inculturation and carry out this performance.

This ceremony gives us a glimpse of the future Francis is preparing for what is left of the Catholic Church.

The apostate Joe Biden Received Sacrilegious Communion at ultra-liberal Jesuit-run church Despite Celebrating Abortion Two Days Before

President Joe Biden received communion during Catholic mass Sunday in Washington, D.C. even though he celebrated abortion two days before.

Catholic leaders are debating whether Biden, a pro-abortion Democrat, should receive communion because he openly defies the sanctity of human life and other church teachings. Some bishops have said the president should not participate in the sacrament, while others say they will not deny it to him.

The Christian Post reports Biden received communion Sunday when he and his family attended mass at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in the Georgetown area of D.C. Biden used to attend the same church when he served as vice president under President Barack Obama.

During another service at the church that Biden did not attend, prayers were said for unborn babies. According to the report, one person prayed that “the dignity of the human person be realized and upheld, especially the elderly and the unborn, the prisoner and the migrant.”

They also prayed for Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to “lead our country toward unity and justice for all people.”

But Biden’s pro-abortion policies are not unifying or just. They do not respect the dignity of every human life; quite the opposite, they would expand the killing of unborn babies in abortions and force taxpayers to fund their deaths.

In recent months, Rhode Island Catholic Bishop Thomas Tobin, Bishop Samuel Aquila of the Archdiocese of Denver, Colorado, Philadelphia Archbishop emeritus Charles Chaput, Father Patrick McCafferty of Belfast and others have said they do not think Biden should receive communion unless he repents.

“By his actions during the course of his public life, Mr. Biden has demonstrated that he is not in full communion with the Catholic Church,” Chaput wrote at First Things late last year.

He criticized Biden for supporting a “grave moral evil” that has “resulted in the destruction of millions of innocent lives.”

Some Catholic leaders, however, disagree. In November, Cardinal Wilton D. Gregory of Washington, D.C. said he will not refuse to give communion to Biden.

Gregory said it is normal for Catholics to have disagreements; they are part of “being a family, a family of faith. The difficulty is too many people want to throw out of the family of faith people with whom they have disagreements.”

Biden’s plans and the people leading his administration are radically pro-abortion. They also oppose religious freedom protections for Catholic charities and employers. His vice president, Kamala Harris, has been accused of anti-Catholic bigotry. She also prosecuted pro-life undercover journalists who exposed Planned Parenthood’s aborted baby body parts trade.

If Biden does what he promised, abortions could increase across America. Not only does he plan to codify Roe v. Wade into federal law in case the U.S. Supreme Court overturns it, he also wants to end the Hyde Amendment and force taxpayers to pay for elective abortions.

About 900,000 unborn babies are aborted every year in America, and about 62 million have been aborted since 1973 when the U.S. Supreme Court forced states to legalize abortion on demand. Without the Hyde Amendment, researchers at the Charlotte Lozier Institute predict 60,000 more unborn babies could be killed in abortions each year.

In April, Biden went so far as to call the killing of unborn babies an “essential medical service” during the coronavirus pandemic. His health care plan would expand abortions as well by forcing insurance companies to cover abortions as “essential” health care under Obamacare.

He also promised to undo all of President Donald Trump’s progress for life, including restoring funding to the billion-dollar abortion chain Planned Parenthood.

On religious freedom, Biden’s position also is deeply troubling. Biden has endorsed anti-religious freedom policies that would force nuns, religious charities and hospitals to violate their deeply-held beliefs by funding the killing of unborn babies in abortions and potentially even by helping to facilitate their deaths. He also promised to restore an Obama-era mandate that would force the nuns with Little Sisters of the Poor and other religious employers to fund contraception, including types that may cause abortions, in their employee health insurance plans.

Apostate Biden vows to ‘codify’ Federal Abortion Law

The Apostate Joe Biden attends Sunday Mass at ultra-liberal Jesuit-run church

Holy Trinity Parish, located near Georgetown University, displays a Black Lives Matter banner near its entrance.

WASHINGTON, D.C., January 25, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — Joe Biden, the man who now occupies the White House, chose to attend Sunday Mass at Jesuit-run Holy Trinity Church, arguably the most effete liberal Catholic parish in the Archdiocese of Washington.

Jesuit-run, ultra-liberal Holy Trinity Church in Washington, D.C.

Mainstream media – normally appalled at the least hint of Christianity in the life of Washington politicians – were thrilled at the Biden clan’s Holy Trinity Mass attendance, ostensibly because the new President adheres to a brand of Catholicism that embraces  abortion and sodomy and which, ironically, promises to squash religious liberty and conscience rights.

After Biden attended Mass at Washington’s Cathedral of St. Matthew on the morning of his inauguration, Austin Ruse, outspoken president of the Center for Family and Human Rights (C-FAM), wrote:

Joe Biden ate and drank his own spiritual death. That he received the Holy Eucharist from the hands of a Cardinal of the Church adds scandal upon scandal. One radio wag called it a mass for Planned Parenthood. And so, it was.

He no doubt repeated that same ugly act yesterday at Holy Trinity.

Biden has been described as the “Anti-Catholic ‘Catholic’ president” who has “talked himself into an alternative faith centered in partisan politics,” according to Robert Royal, president of the Faith & Reason Institute and editor-in-chief of The Catholic Thing.

The Jesuit-run parish, located just outside Georgetown University’s main gate and ensconced in a fashionable neighborhood by the same name, draws well-heeled Catholic elites – who deem their own neighborhood parishes too “conservative,” too “rigid” – from tony suburbs around the city.

To enter the church on Sunday, Biden had to walk by a large “Black Lives Matter” (BLM) banner displayed just outside Holy Trinity’s front steps, allying the parish with the radical Marxist organization.

Although it has recently scrubbed its website, BLM has proclaimed itself to be a “queer affirming network” that aims to “disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure” and which demands abortion “rights.”

With him was son Hunter, currently the target of a federal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice, focusing on whether he “violated tax and money laundering laws in business dealings in foreign countries, principally China,” according to CNN.

“In the months before the election, the New York Post released a series of bombshell reports about a laptop belonging to Hunter that was delivered to a Delaware computer repair shop and never picked up again,” explained LifeSiteNews’s Calvin Freiburger in December. “The laptop contained scores of emails and texts detailing how the Biden family made millions of dollars by Hunter facilitating meetings between his father and business interests around the world.”

The parish selected by Biden is a place where someone like Father James Martin, S.J. – the chief promoter of the normalization of homosexuality and transgenderism within Catholicism – can count on receiving a standing ovation from a church packed with adoring fans.

Holy Trinity is a bastion of fringe liberal Catholicism in an archdiocese that for the last two decades has been led by ultra-liberal prelates who have exhibited varying degrees of complicit behavior regarding homosexuality and abortion.

  • Theodore McCarrick, formerly Cardinal Archbishop of Washington from 2001 to 2006, was stripped of the clerical state for crimes against minors and adults, with no possibility for appeal. McCarrick’s most well-known victim, James Grein, described how McCarrick abused him for years starting when he was 11 years old. Other alleged victims included former seminarians and priests who have detailed the sexual abuse to which McCarrick subjected them.

  • Cardinal Donald Wuerl, who led the archdiocese from 2006 to 2018, downplayed his predecessor’s culpability and publicly pretended not to know about the many allegations against McCarrick. A Pennsylvania Grand Jury also found that while Wuerl was bishop of Pittsburgh, he allowed predatory priests to remain in active ministry, shuffling them between dioceses and parishes.

  • Washington’s current Archbishop, Wilton Gregory — elevated to the rank of Cardinal by Pope Francis last fall — as Archbishop of Atlanta displayed an uncritical willingness to accept LGBT ideology in defiance of the Church’s Magisterium; soon after arriving in D.C. he tacitly affirmed the transgenderism of a “transgender Catholic” at a public event; and most alarmingly, he affirmed that Joe Biden should not be denied communion despite his extremist pro-abortion views.

“Joe Biden holds himself out as a faithful Catholic, yet he does not believe in the faith’s fundamental teachings about the human person or human sexuality. What’s more, he advances this unbelief in public policy and will now have the full force of the federal government behind this unbelief,” continued Ruse in his Crisis Magazine commentary.

“Joe Biden is an enemy of the Catholic faith. This fact must be repeated as often as humanly possible,” he added.
