Cardinal: Happy Feast-Day of the Devils to Everybody


Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran, the head of the Pontifical Council for Inter-religious Dialogue, congratulated the Hindus for the festival of Deepawali on October 19. The feast is especially dedicated to two gods, Ganesha and Lakshmi who according to Scripture and Catholic doctrine must be considered demons.
