The blasphemous João Braz de Aviz Calls Holy Spirit "Sign Of Instability"

en.news Cardinal João Braz de Aviz, Prefect of the Congregation for Religious, confused an audience of nuns in Rome on November 21 (AgenSir.it) by alleging that "the Holy Spirit today is more a sign of instability than of stability". According to the Faith, however, the devil is the father of instability, while the Spirit leads from vacillation to steadfastness.

Aviz then claimed that the Spirit "leaves us with the water coming up to our neck" although Ps 69,1 uses this image as a symbol for remoteness from God.

Further Aviz propagated the theory that the Spirit does not allow us "to rest in our certainties" although there is no greater certainty than the certainty of Faith wrought by the Holy Spirit (Hebr 11,1).

On the other hand, Aviz attributed to Pope Francis "clarity", "transparency" and even "simplicity", notwithstanding Francis cryptical rambling.
