Bergoglio tell to those who he calls “leprosy of the papacy” not to criticize him behind his back

He told them not to fall into "gossip and slander," because "the nuncio who forgets to be a man of God hurts the Church."
He also sent them a strong warning: "It is irreconcilable to be a pontifical representative and criticize the pope behind his back, have a blog or join groups hostile to him, the Curia and the Church of Rome."
He said some fall into the temptation to treat their collaborators badly "as if they were a bad boss, instead of a father and pastor."

Francis said that he desired to share some simple precepts to help the papal diplomats live out their mission, calling the 4,000 word document a “Ten Commandments” of sorts for nuncios and their co-workers throughout the world.
One of the ten precepts outlined in the document is titled, “The Nuncio is a man of the Pope.” The section states that “certainly every person could have reservations, likes and dislikes, but a good nuncio cannot be hypocritical.” 

And now we can see how Bergoglio's reform really is, which consist of putting a sect of homosexuals in charge.While surrounded by accomplices faithful to him and infidel to Christ.
