In 2025, in an act of public apostasy, the homosexual activist 🌈 José Armando Álvarez Cano participated in an indigenous pagan ritual during his sacrilegious "taking of office" as coadjutor of the Archdiocese of Morelia. Carlos Garfias Merlos and Joseph Spiteri also participated in the Apostate act

 Exodus 23:32:

You shall make no covenant with them or with their gods.

Deuteronomy 5:7 “‘You shall have no other gods besides me.

Saint Thomas Aquinas commenting on Romans 1 pointed out that sodomites are idolaters:

(Rm 6,23): The wages of sin is death. All their idols will be burned in the fire ((Micah 1,7). And it is noteworthy that the Apostle very reasonably assigns to vices against nature, which are very serious among carnal sins, the punishment of idolatry (...)

In Romans 1:32 St. Paul also points out that homosexual activists are sodomites themselves.

The apostate and Marxist homosexual activist 🌈José Armando Álvarez Cano, in his rebellion against God, supports the unrepentant who are trapped in the vice of homosexuality and have identified with the sin God abhors, rather than calling them to repentance.

The Apostate Joseph Spiteri also promotes paganism, violating the First Commandment of God's law.

Apostata Spiteri: “It is important for the indigenous people of Mexico to discover the faith without taking away anything from their ancestral values.”

Apostate Joseph Spiteri: “The Pope always asks how things are going in Mexico.”

Apostate Robert Prevost: Church in Amazonia must be sign of unity in diversity
“Inculturation is a difficult but necessary path,” “‘We need to accept courageously the newness of the Spirit, The apostate upheld the importance of inculturating the Gospel in local cultures.

Sins that violate the First Commandment are superstition, idolatry, witchcraft, sacrilege, atheism, and tempting God.

The First Commandment of God is transgressed:

By opposing religion.
By worshipping idols.
By superstitions.
By invoking spirits.
