Fr. Ripperger: ‘Asmodeus is the demon of homosexuality in men’
“Why, I ask, O damnable sodomites, do you seek after the height of ecclesiastical dignity with such burning ambition? Why do you seek with such longing to snare the people of God in the web of your perdition?” St. Peter Damian
“Birds of a feather flock together”
2 John 11 For anyone who welcomes him has a share in his evil deeds.
2 Timothy 3:5
as they maintain the appearance of godliness [true religion] but deny its power. Avoid persons like that!
2 Corinthians 11:13-15For such false apostles are deceitful workmen, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no wonder: for Satan himself transformeth himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers be transformed as the ministers of justice, whose end shall be according to their works.
This apostate sect is dominated by lust. And the eight "daughters" of lust, as described by Saint Thomas Aquinas, have blinded the intellect of all its members and control their will.
Pope Saint Gregory the Great, in his *Moralia*, lists eight "daughters" of lust; Saint Thomas Aquinas groups the first four as those that affect the intellect, and the last four as those that affect the will.
Pope Saint Gregory the Great taught that lust is one of the seven capital vices and that, and when it enters the heart it “calls forth” a corresponding “army” of sins.—which he termed the “daughters” of lust. Saint Thomas Aquinas adopts this list, which Gregory enumerates as follows:
Blindness of mind – the inability to discern true goods, due to lust’s “deceiving” the intellect (Dan. 13:56).
Thoughtlessness (inconsiderateness) – neglect of right judgment, as lust clouds the mind’s ability to remember just judgments.
Inconstancy – instability of will, contrary to temperance.
Rashness (precipitation) – acting without counsel, because lust overwhelms reason.
Self‑love – excessive attachment to oneself, often with contempt for God.
Hatred of God – turning away from divine love.
Love of this world – excessive affection for temporal goods.
Abhorrence or despair of a future world – dread or hopelessness about the life to come.
