Litany for Peace, to the Divine Infant at Christmas

V. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly army,
praising God, and saying: Glory to God in the highest,

R. And on earth peace to men of good will.

O Divine Infant, one with the Father and the Holy Ghost, God from all eternity,
Give peace to the world. *

O Divine Infant, true God and true Man, *
O Divine Infant, Whose coming was foretold by the prophets, *
O Divine Infant, Who didst choose Thy Mother before time began, *
O Divine Infant, Who didst prepare Thy Mother by giving her an immaculate conception, *
O Divine Infant, Who didst send Thy Angel to announce the Incarnation, *
O Divine Infant, our Messias and Emmanuel, God-with-us, *
O Divine Infant, born in the flesh and laid in a manger, *
O Divine Infant, at Whose nativity the angels rejoiced over Bethlehem, *
O Divine Infant, Whose first adorers were Thy Virgin Mother and Thy foster-father, *
O Divine Infant, first approached by the lowly, the shepherds of the fields, *
O Divine Infant, Prince of Peace, *

Let us pray:

O Love Divine, most sweet Lord Jesus, Who from Thy uncreated splendor in heaven didst humble Thyself to take on our flesh and suffer on this earth: now in Thy mercy we beseech Thee, in remembrance of Thy helpless infancy, to have pity on the helplessness, without Thee, of the warring nations of this world. Teach them Thy holy humility; teach them to pardon and to ask pardon; teach them to will peace and to strive for peace, an enduring peace based on charity and justice; so that, becoming men of good will, they may receive that peace on earth which in Thy coming Thou didst promise. And this we ask through Thy Virgin Mother and in the Name of the Infant Jesus, the Prince of Peace. R. Amen

Apostate Joe Biden Signs Bill Codify Same-Sex Pseudo-Marriage With Activist Drag Queen In Attendance

President Joe Biden signed the so-called Respect for Marriage Act into law Tuesday at a White House ceremony filled with guests that included a “queer youth” activist drag queen.

The RMA repeals the longstanding (but unenforced) Defense of Marriage Act (which recognized marriage as a man-woman union in federal law and protected states’ rights to do the same), federally recognizes any “marriage” lawfully performed by any state and forces every state to recognize any “marriage” of any other state “between two individuals,” without regard for “the sex, race, ethnicity, or national origin of those individuals.”

Tensions have swirled over the bill since July, when 47 Republicans joined Democrats to pass the first version out of the U.S. House of Representatives. But while opposition from conservative groups, religious leaders, and Republican voters led supporters to offer amendments meant primarily to satisfy religious liberty concerns (inadequately, according to conservatives), the Senate voted to pass the amended version, with 12 Republicans joining Democrats. The House voted last week to pass the final version, with 39 Republicans joining Democrats.

Prayer to St. Lucy

Dear Saint Lucy, whose name doth signify the light, we come to thee filled with confidence: do thou obtain for us a holy light that shall make us careful not to walk in the ways of sin, nor to remain enshrouded in the darkness of error. We ask also, through thy intercession, for the preservation of the light of our bodily eyes and for abundant grace to use the same according to the good pleasure of God, without any hurt to our souls. Grant, O Lucy, that, after venerating thee and giving thee thanks for thy powerful protection here on earth, we may come at length to share thy joy in paradise in the everlasting light of the Lamb of God, thy beloved Bridegroom, Jesus. Amen

Mary was conceived Immaculate! What a Joy for the faithful Children of God!

"And the Lord God said to the serpent, I will put enmities between thee and the woman,
and thy seed and her Seed: she shall crush thy head."--Gen. iii. 14

O Mother, I could weep for mirth,
Joy fills my heart so fast;
My soul today is heaven on earth,
Oh could the transport last!

Chorus:
I think of thee, and what thou art,
Thy majesty, thy state;
And I keep singing in my heart--
Immaculate! Immaculate!

Conceived, conceived Immaculate!
Oh what a joy for thee!
Conceived, conceived Immaculate!
Oh greater joy for me!

Chorus:
I think of thee, and what thou art,
Thy majesty, thy state;
And I keep singing in my heart--
Immaculate! Immaculate!

When Jesus looks upon thy face,
His heart with rapture glows,
And in the Church, by His sweet grace,
Thy blessed worhip grows.

Chorus:
I think of thee, and what thou art,
Thy majesty, thy state;
And I keep singing in my heart--
Immaculate! Immaculate!

It is this thought today that lifts
My happy heart to heaven,
That for our sakes thy choicest gifts
To thee, dear Queen, were given.

Chorus:
I think of thee, and what thou art,
Thy majesty, thy state;
And I keep singing in my heart--
Immaculate! Immaculate!

The angels answer with their songs,
Bright choirs in gleaming rows;
And saints flock round thy feet in throngs,
And heaven with bliss o'erflows.

Chorus:
I think of thee, and what thou art,
Thy majesty, thy state;
And I keep singing in my heart--
Immaculate! Immaculate!

Oh, blessed be the Eternal Son
Who joys to call thee Mother;
And lets poor men, by sin undone,
For thy sake call Him brother.

Chorus:
I think of thee, and what thou art,
Thy majesty, thy state;
And I keep singing in my heart--
Immaculate! Immaculate!

"Blessed be the Holy and Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary."

Novena Prayer of Petition to St. Nicholas

 (Feast Day December 6th, Patron of Children, Sailors, and Prisoners)

Novena Prayer of Petition to St. Nicholas
(Also can be said separate from the Novena)

Glorious Nicholas, my own protector! from that bright throne where thou dost enjoy the vision of thy God, in pity turn thine eyes upon me; ask for me from God those graces and helps most seasonable in my present necessities, whether spiritual or temporal, and especially the grace of . . . . . . if such be expedient for my eternal welfare. Forget not, glorious and holy bishop, our true Sovereign Pontiff, the holy Church, and this pious city. Bring back to the right way of salvation those who live steeped in sin, or buried in the darkness of ignorance, error, and heresy. Comfort the sorrowing, provide for the needy, strengthen the weak-hearted, defend the oppressed, help the sick; let all know the effects of thy powerful patronage with Him Who is the supreme giver of all good. Amen

Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be to the Father.

V. Pray for us, blessed Nicholas.
R. That we may made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray:

God, Who has honored, and ceasest not daily to honor, Thy high-priest and glorious confessor, blessed Nicholas, with innumerable miracles: grant, we beseech Thee, that, by his merits and prayers, we may be delivered from the fires of hell and from all other dangers. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
