Bergoglio promote the heresy of religious indifferentism
•Novus Ordo Watch commented on Francis’ Address at Interreligious Meeting in Ur (Mar. 6, 2021)
The address was filled with lies and half-truths, blasphemy and heresy. Bergoglio made everyone comfortable in his own religion, and he gave the impression that it really doesn’t matter what religion you belong to because God belongs to everyone and only cares that you believe in Him and get along with others. Liar!
Francis, Vicar of Lies
The very first sentence in Francis’ address includes at least one direct lie. Speaking before an interreligious audience, Francis opens by saying: “This blessed place brings us back to our origins, to the sources of God’s work, to the birth of our religions.”
(...)
The second of Francis’ lies can be found only three sentences later. Talking about God’s call of Abram, the papal impostor declares: “We are the fruits of that call and that journey.”
(...)
The “Pope” then elaborates on his second lie and introduces a third one, saying:
God asked Abraham to raise his eyes to heaven and to count its stars (cf. Gen 15:5). In those stars, he saw the promise of his descendants; he saw us. Today we, Jews, Christians and Muslims, together with our brothers and sisters of other religions, honour our father Abraham by doing as he did: we look up to heaven and we journey on earth.
Apostasy! Blasphemy!
He was saying loudly and clearly that there are different ways of being a child of Abraham — not only by being Christian, Jewish, or Muslim but even by being adherents “of other religions”. As Pope St. Pius X said: “Indeed, Modernists do not deny, but actually maintain, some confusedly, others frankly, that all religions are true” (Pascendi, n. 14).
(...)
The heresy of religious indifferentism was condemned by Pope Gregory XVI, Encyclical Mirari Vos, No. 9: “This perverse opinion is spread on all sides by the fraud of the wicked who claim that it is possible to obtain the eternal salvation of the soul by the profession of any kind of religion, as long as morality is maintained...”
“Let Francis be Anathema!”
As we have said before, so now I repeat, if anyone proclaims to you a gospel contrary to what you received, let that one be accursed!
Galatians 1:9
